OAK-COAT™ Pipeline Protection Technology

OAK-COAT™ Pipeline Protection Technology is a three-part wet lay-up composite coating system designed to provide a reinforced, turnkey solution for the protection of critical and high-value infrastructure exposed to aggressive operational and environmental conditions.

The system delivers long-term protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion, including exposure to corrosive downhole and industrial gases such as hydrogen sulphide (H₂S), ammonia (NH₃), and carbonic acid (H₂CO₃). It is suitable for application on both new and existing buried pipeline sections, including road crossings, production tubing, drill casings, sleeves, and transmission lines.

For enhanced performance in high-demand environments, OAK-COAT™ can be reinforced with carbon fibre as an alternative to fibreglass, providing increased structural strength and durability. OAK-COAT™ is a field-proven technology with an established track record of deployment across major national oil companies (NOCs) and international oil companies (IOCs), supporting the integrity and longevity of critical pipeline infrastructure.

OAK-COAT™ Abrasion Resistant Overlay Technology

OAK-COAT™ Abrasion Resistant Overlay (ARO) is a Saudi Aramco–approved protective composite coating system designed to provide a reinforced, turnkey solution for safeguarding critical infrastructure exposed to highly abrasive and corrosive operating environments. The system is specifically engineered to prevent abrasion, erosion, and corrosion during the installation and operation of new trenchless buried pipelines, including road crossings and installations across varying and demanding terrains.
 

OAK-COAT™ ARO delivers high-performance surface protection, achieving industry-leading hardness characteristics as measured by Shore D testing standards, ensuring enhanced durability and long-term asset integrity. Field-proven and widely adopted, OAK-COAT™ ARO is deployed across major national oil companies (NOCs) and international oil companies (IOCs), supporting the protection and longevity of essential pipeline infrastructure.

Armor Plate® 360 Pipeline Rehabilitation Technology

Armor Plate® 360 (AP360) is an ASME PCC-2 compliant composite structural reinforcement system designed for the rehabilitation of pipelines experiencing up to 80% wall loss, while also providing long-term protection against future external corrosion. AP360 enables in-service pipeline repair without the need for depressurisation or reduction of Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP), ensuring operational continuity and minimising downtime. The system is a three-part engineered solution designed to address a wide range of pipe configurations affected by external corrosion and mechanical damage.
 

Recognised globally as a benchmark for composite pipeline repair, AP360 is widely regarded as a permanent repair solution within the industry and a reference standard for composite rehabilitation technologies. OAK is the licensed distributor and applicator of AP360 across the MENA region, delivering certified installation services in line with manufacturer and industry standards.

C-SmartSeal® Pipeline Leak-arresting Technology

C-SmartSeal® is a composite-based sealing and reinforcement system designed to arrest both active and non-active leaks across a wide range of pipeline configurations and operational anomalies. Developed for the oil and gas industry, C-SmartSeal® provides a cost-effective, structural repair solution for pipelines and infrastructure affected by advanced corrosion and/or mechanical damage. The system is engineered to restore integrity by containing and sealing leaks while reinforcing the affected section back to its Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP).
 

C-SmartSeal® utilises a combination of engineered components designed to ensure effective leak containment, structural reinforcement, and long-term performance under demanding operating conditions. OAK is the licensed distributor and applicator of C-SmartSeal® technology across the MENA region, delivering certified deployment in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
